UHS admission applications on the basis of NUMS MDCAT


Instructions

All those candidates who have submitted the UHS admission applications 2019-20 and now want to apply through NUMS MDCAT in Private Medical and Dental colleges, are required to submit online application form along with the following documents not later than 31th of October, 2019 before 05:00 P.M;

  1. Paid BOP challan form
  2. NUMS Result card
  3. Paid deposit slip Rs. 2500/- in either of the below mentioned bank accounts
