MDCAT 2019 ONLINE RECHECKING APPLICATION FORM


Procedure of Submission of Applications

  1. The application shall be registerd online followed by mannual/online submission
  2. The candidate shall fill an online ReChecking form available at UHS website www.uhs.edu.pk
  3. Application can be submitted online from 24th September, 2019 to 4th October, 2019. The link will be deactivated at 05:00 pm on 4th October, 2019, and no application shall be accepted after that.
  4. Applicants should fill the ReChecking form carefully and also upload authentic documents
  5. The candidate should get a print of the online filled ReChecking form by clicking "Download & Print" button. If the facility of downloading and printing is not available at that time, the candidate can access his/her application any other time by clicking "Search Button"
  6. The print-out of the filled ReChecking form must reach at the office of "Controller of Examinations University of Health Sciences, Lahore", with fee deposit slip/DD/PO and required documents not later than 4th October, 2019 before 05:00 P.M.

    7. Important

    The student may apply for rechecking of MDCAT result by depositing an amount of Rs. 200 per Response and an amount of Rs. 200 for re checking of Paper ID in any of the following UHS bank accounts

    After rechecking if the claim of candidate found to be correct he/she shall be refunded the amount after the deduction of applicable tax

    Response Time

    Resulation of complaint shall be done within 72 hrs subject to the confirmation / verification of fee deposit
