DISCLAIMER

1. The University of Health Sciences (UHS) hereby notifies all candidates enrolled in the Postgraduate Clinical Programs (MS, MD, MDS) that the primary source of information regarding the schedule and details of mandatory workshops is the UHS official website (https://www.uhs.edu.pk/clinicalpg.php).
2. Candidates are strongly advised to regularly visit the aforementioned website to stay informed about the workshop schedules and any related updates. It is the sole responsibility of each candidates to ensure they are aware of and comply with the latest information provided on the UHS website.
3. UHS shall not be held liable for any missed mandatory workshops or any resulting consequences due to a lack of awareness or failure to access the information available on the official website. However, university will send workshop related communication to the candidates via their registered email.
4. Candidates will be entertained individual Batch wise. No one is allowed to switch from one batch to another.
5. The candidate can pay the prescribed fee through bank challan available on the Portal. The detail of the amount is as below:
1. Registration Fee (non-refundable) Rs. 7500/- per workshop. Total = (Rs. 37500/- for 05 workshops)
2. Registration Fee (non-refundable) Rs. 5000/- per workshop. Total = (Rs. 20000/- for 04 workshops)
6. Candidates must obtain the fee deposit receipt from the bank having Transaction Number and Date of Transaction printed on it.
7. No one will be allowed to attend the workshop without fee submission and verification.
8. Candidates of Each Batch will have to present their "Fee Slips" with Print of "Workshop Registration Form" in the UHS Finance Dept. to get it verified, at the first day of their workshop.
9. Fee will be considered only for the current schedule. No one will be accommodated for later workshops on the same fee in any case.
10. Demand Draft / Pay Order / Payment from Mobile App, etc. is not acceptable
11. Last date of fee submission for Supervisors is 23^rd July, 2024
12. Last date of fee submission for PG Trainees is 08^th August, 2024
