Registration of Postgraduates & Medal Recipients
New Registration Check Status / Print Challan

The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore is organizing its Fourth Convocation in the second week of July 2026 at Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku, to confer degrees and award medals to eligible graduates and medal recipients of the University.

All graduates who have successfully completed their postgraduate programmes and were declared graduated between March 2022 and June 2026 are eligible to participate in the Convocation and are required to register online through the University website (www.uhs.edu.pk).

ELIGIBLE PROGRAMMES

Graduates of the following postgraduate programmes, among others, may register for participation:

PhD MPhil MS
MD MDS MSN
MPH MHPE Postgraduate Diplomas
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Please Upload the Following Documents with Your Registration Form

  1. Degree / Provisional Certificate or Completion Letter issued by UHS.
  2. Transcript / Detailed Marks Certificate.
  3. CNIC of the Graduate/Medal Recipient.
  4. CNIC of Guest(s) accompanying the Graduate/Medal Recipient.
  5. Recent coloured passport-size photograph of the Graduate/Medal Recipient.
  6. Recent coloured photograph(s) of Guest(s).
  7. Paid Bank Challan / Receipt of Convocation Registration Fee.
REGISTRATION FEE
Rs. 5,000/- (Non-Refundable) with one guest.
PLEASE NOTE
  1. Graduates may bring one (01) guest with them.
  2. Medal recipients may bring up to two (02) guests with them.
  3. Participation in the Convocation shall be subject to successful online registration and verification of documents.
  4. Convocation gowns, guest passes and other participation details shall be communicated through the University website and registered email addresses.
  5. After depositing the fee, you must return to the portal via the Check Status / Print Challan button to upload the paid receipt.
