HOW TO APPLY
  • Check your eligibility (If you have 50% or above marks in HSSC/equivalent exam, you can proceed with your application otherwise not).
  • Fill in the application form with required information (personal details, qualifications, etc.
  • On initial submission, a password will be generated and it will be sent on your E-mail address. You can now Login with the help of this password.
  • Enter your Order of Preference for the programs as per your eligibility.
  • Before final submission of your application, deposit a processing fee of Rs.2000/ (Non-refundable) through bank challan at National Bank of Pakistan, Shaikh Zayed Hospital Branch Lahore (A/C # 3164498127) OR deposit the same amount in University's online account (PK53NBPA1707003164498127) under Account Title: "CE UHS". Paid challan/online transaction slip is required to be uploaded as an attachment onto the online application form.
  • Upload scanned Documents (Max.Size: 1 Mb/each document only in .jpg format) as mentioned on the application form.
  • Verify the filled information and attachments. Once the form is submitted the applicant will not be able to edit it.
  • Make the Final Submission of your application form. After final submission, a confirmation notification will be received on your E-mail address.
